Lumber River Basin (including Waccamaw):  Crayfish Surveys

Sites surveyed in 2001 were part of the inventory of rare crayfishes performed by NCWRC Nongame & Endangered Wildlife Program (NGEWP) personnel.  Sites surveyed previous to 2001 include past surveys conducted by NGEWP personnel, and surveys conducted by various other organizations or agencies whose results are either published or whose specimens are catalogued at the NC State Museum of Natural Sciences (NCSM).  This is not meant to be inclusive of all past surveys or collections, especially for common species.
