Each of our wildlife programs connects our studio to an interactive videoconferencing (IVC) room in your area. If you need assistance in finding an IVC site, please contact our distance learning coordinator. To ensure adequate time for scheduling and delivery of the materials, we ask that you contact us at least two weeks prior to the requested program date. If you need assistance with finding a nearby site, please give us a few additional days.
After confirming a date, time, and location we will ship materials to your site (either your school or the IVC site). We ask that you ship these materials back to us once the conference is completed so that we can use them with other groups.
